Images

Clients receive high resolution jpeg-format images. Images are placed in a Dropbox folder created for the convenience of the client. Many images are placed in folders during the competition. Images may be downloaded from the folder as desired by the client.

Licensing and Rates

Licenses

Images are provided with a non-exclusive, unlimited use license. Ownership of all images is retained by the photographer as represented by the athleticsPix Photo Agency. The client may use the photograph in any way in any print or electronic medium in perpetuity. Images may not, however, be resold or relicensed for third-party use. No image from a collegiate meet may be used in a commercial application without permission of the photographer and the NCAA.

Images may be cropped or resized as desired by the client. However they may not be otherwise post-processed or digitally manipulated in other ways without permission of the agency. All published photographs must include an attribution provided by the agency crediting the photographer.

Rates

Track and Field: Images are provided for clients on a per-meet basis. The fee for each athlete, not dependent on how many images are provided, is as follows

     National Championships:  $50 per athlete per meet, to a maximum fee of $600 per team

     Regional or Conference Meets: $35 per athlete per meet, to a maximum fee of $350 per team

Cross-Country: Images are provided for clients on a per-meet basis. The fee for each team is as follows:

     National Championships: $200 per team (men and women treated as 1 team)

     Regional or Conference Meets: $150 per team (men and women treated as 1 team)

Clients will be invoiced by the athleticsPix Photo Agency following completion of the meet. Bills are payable 60 days from the date of the invoice.
